1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine over ice and top with cola. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Moonshine Mountain Punch
1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, 3 tsp. sugar, 1 oz. club soda, 1 dash Angostura bitters, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice, ¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice, ½ oz. spiced rum. Muddle sugar, soda and bitters until dissolved. Add other ingredients and stir. Pour over ice and garnish with an orange slice.
1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine over ice, filled with root beer.
1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine and 1 ½ oz. Irish Cream, poured over ice. Stir before serving.
1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, 1 ½ oz. rye whisky, ¼ oz. sweet vermouth, 2 dashes rhubarb bitters, 1 dash orange liqueur. Stir in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, ¼ oz. fresh lemon juice, ¼ oz. simple syrup, 1 oz. champagne. Shake Catdaddy, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice. Strain over fresh ice (or straight up in a champagne flute), top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist.
¾ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, ¾ oz. bourbon, ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice, ¾ oz. white crème de cacao. Shake over ice for 30 seconds, strain into cocktail coupe or martini glass.
Chinese Bootlegger Punch
2 oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, 2 oz. Oolong tea, 1 ½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice, ¼ oz. agave syrup, ¼ oz. cinnamon syrup (simple syrup infused with cinnamon sticks), ¼ oz. Angostura bitters. Shake over ice, strain into rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with grapefruit & lemon slices.
1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine in a mug filled with rich hot chocolate. Top with whipped cream and peppermint candy.
1 ½ oz. Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, 2 oz. Apple Cider, ½ oz. Steen's Molasses (light), ¼ oz. orange liqueur, ¼ oz. Bonded Applejack. Serve warm and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
1 cup Catdaddy Spiced Moonshine, ½ cup sugar, 6 eggs (separated), 1 cup milk, ¼ tsp. salt, 1 cup whipping cream. Gradually add sugar to 6 egg yolks, beating until thick. Beat in milk and Catdaddy. Chill. Add salt to 6 egg whites, beating until soft peaks form. Whip cream until stiff. Fold egg whites and whipped cream into 2 cups of yolk mixture. Chill 1 hour. Makes 45 oz.
